SAGIROS Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "Organization") and SAGIROS regarding access to and use of SAGIROS software platforms, websites, APIs, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

SAGIROS provides cloud-based enterprise software systems designed to support operational workflows, research environments, educational systems, and professional productivity infrastructure.

The Services may include:

SAGIROS continuously improves its systems and reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue components of the Services without prior notice when necessary for maintenance, security, or system performance.

3. Account Registration & Security

Certain Services require the creation of a registered account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of authentication credentials
• All activities conducted through your account
• Immediately notifying SAGIROS of unauthorized access

SAGIROS implements security safeguards including role-based access controls, session protection, and infrastructure monitoring to protect user accounts.

4. License & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, SAGIROS grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for authorized business, educational, or research purposes.

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Bypass platform security mechanisms
• Replicate SAGIROS software architecture
• Use services for illegal or harmful activities
• Exploit the platform to disrupt service infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with the Services including software architecture, algorithms, UI design, documentation, trademarks, and system components remain the exclusive property of SAGIROS or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to the User. The platform may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit authorization.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

SAGIROS is committed to protecting user data through enterprise-grade security practices including encryption, access control policies, and secure infrastructure.

User data collected through the platform may be processed for the following purposes:

• Operating and improving the Services
• Security monitoring and fraud prevention
• System analytics and performance optimization
• Customer support and technical assistance

7. Service Availability

8. Payment & Subscription Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

Users assume responsibility for evaluating the suitability of the Services for their operational environment.

10. Termination

SAGIROS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security of the platform.

Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable within the jurisdiction where SAGIROS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
